GOLD COAST

  • FMD Head Office - Mermaid Waters
    Available Monday to Friday, permanent jewellery bookings at our Frankly My Dear Head Office are in our gorgeous bright and airy studio space in Mermaid Waters.
    The address will be disclosed in your booking confirmation and text.

    Forever Bracelets & Forever Anklets are available at this location.
    Please Note: If you are getting a permanent anklet please wear clothing that allows you to lift your foot while sitting.

  • Pacific Fair
    Available Monday to Sunday, permanent jewellery bookings are at our Frankly My Dear Pacific Fair Store. These appointments unfortunately cannot be booked online, walk ins are encouraged subject to availability although we recommend booking prior to avoid disappointment.
    Weekend bookings will need to be booked prior due to high demand.
    Forever Bracelets & Forever Anklets are available at this location.

  • $69.00 is the full payment for one anklet this includes the service & jewellery
  • If you’d like to book for multiple people we require each person to book a separate appointment time however it will be quicker than the allowed time slot 
  • Bookings are in QLD time
  • Booking times can only be changed 24 hours before your appointment time and cannot be cancelled, if you fail to show up to your appointment you will be charged a $10 rebooking fee
  • You can choose the chain option on arrival
  • Our Chermside store does not offer permanent anklets, this service is only available in our Gold Coast locations 
  • Discount codes will not apply to permanent jewellery

Parking is limited at our FMD Head Office, we recommend parking and walking into our street from either Surfers Avenue or from the end of Avanti Street in Mermaid Waters.


We do not offer permanent jewellery to a customer under the age of 10. Any permanent jewellery done on a child under the age of 16 need to have a guardian present. As we are using stainless steel as our metal base this is an extremely strong metal and will not break therefore if young children get it caught on something they could be injured.


Anklet Note: If you are getting a permanent anklet please wear clothing that allows you to get your foot on top of a table. 

All items are handmade therefore we have a 3 business day production time before items are sent.

For urgent orders we provide a priority production and shipping method, your order will be sent off express post 1 business day from ordering.

We provide a high quality costume jewellery. Please refer to our care guide at the bottom of the website for more details.

- Stainless steel or sterling silver items can be worn in water however we recommend not in salt water or chlorine for longevity

- If not made from the above materials items can not be worn in the water as it will increase the oxidisation process

- Do not apply lotions/perfumes onto jewellery as this will damage the plating. 

You can expect to have minimum 12 months wear out of our stainless/sterling collection as long as care is taken however metal oxidisation is out of our control. 

Our items come with a 30 day warranty.

There are no returns on any monogrammed products unless faulty.

Care must be taken as per care instructions.

Natural oxidisation is not a fault of the jewellery this is something that happens to all types of metals and is out of our control. We will cover items within the warranty period if we feel care has been taken and this is a fault in the plating process. 

All orders will be sent in a tote bag unless advertised otherwise. It is at our discretion how many products will go into one tote bag. If you require multiple tote bags click here.

We will not send out additional tote bags after you have received an order without charging an additional shipping fee. For us to continue to provide thoughtfully priced jewellery and to do our part with the environment we keep our packaging to a minimum. 

Invoices are emailed to you and to save wasting paper we do not print and send with your order. 

Pick Up is available from our warehouse on the Gold Coast in Mermaid Waters.

We have a production lead time of 2-4 days. To collect something quicker than this lead time please email hello@franklymydearstore.com

Pickup is by appointment only and Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00pm. (Shop is not always manned so please do not show up without an appointment)
